Classcharts – Homework and Behaviour
Classcharts has streamlined our behaviour monitoring processes and will now allow parents the opportunity to use the helpful and easy to use features, via the Classcharts website or smart phone apps.
Behaviour and Monitoring
· You can view your child’s progress and reflect on their achievement and behaviour.
· You will be able to encourage your child with accurate, up to date information
· Easy to use apps are available to bring the information straight to your smart phone or tablet
· You will receive important notifications, from school, regarding behaviour and homework
We are also excited to introduce the homework monitoring feature. You will be able to view all of your child’s homework tasks, which will help you to support them with their independent learning projects. Independent learning is of huge importance in education, especially as we move towards 100% terminal examinations at GCSE and A level. High quality studying will be the key to success in KS4 and KS5.***
You will be provided with your access code which you will need when setting up your account. You will need to setup your account via the classcharts website before you can use the app. You will then be able to login via the apps, which you can download by scanning the QR codes below on your device, or by searching for ‘Classcharts’ in your app store.
If you don’t have a smart phone you will still be able to access all the information on behaviour and homework via the Classcharts website. The homework calendar can also be found on the website. Click on the homework button and you will be able to search and view your child’s homework and download any documents required for completion of each homework task.
*** Please note that staff will only record submissions on the hand in day. If homework is handed in late, on a subsequent day, the record will not be updated. It is important that students hand in work on time on the correct submission day.
